At 80 grit, it delivers a smoother surface profile while still removing material efficiently — ideal for final weld blending, light stock removal, and surface prep before painting or coating.

Constructed from hard zirconia abrasive that outlasts standard aluminum oxide, the EZFLAP4580 is engineered for a more robust and economical grind. The fiberglass pad absorbs vibration for stable, efficient grinding, and the Type 29 bevel angle design makes edge and corner work more convenient at a working angle of 5–15°.
