The EZARC EZFLAP4560 is a 4-1/2" Type 29 zirconia flap disc engineered for weld blending, deburring, rust removal, and polishing on angle grinders. At 60 grit, it strikes the ideal balance between aggressive stock removal and a smoother finish — perfect for intermediate grinding stages where control and speed both matter.

Built from hard zirconia abrasive that outlasts standard aluminum oxide, the EZFLAP4560 delivers a more robust and economical grind. The fiberglass pad absorbs vibration for stable, efficient grinding, and the Type 29 bevel angle design makes edge and corner work more convenient at a working angle of 5–15°.
