The EZARC EZFLAP4540 is a 4-1/2" Type 29 zirconia flap disc built for aggressive weld removal, deburring, rust removal, and polishing on angle grinders. At 40 grit, it delivers maximum material removal speed — ideal for heavy stock removal and weld cleanup where you need to move metal fast.

Made from hard zirconia abrasive that outlasts standard aluminum oxide, the EZFLAP4540 is engineered for a more robust and economical grind. The fiberglass pad and adhesive combination absorbs vibration for stable, efficient grinding without contaminating the work surface. The Type 29 bevel angle design makes edge and corner grinding more convenient, with a working angle of 5–15° for surface sanding and welded seam work.
