Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in the same condition you received them—unused, and in original packaging. We must be able to resell them.

We do not accept returns on used diamond blades.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required

All returns must be authorized before shipping items back

If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted — please give us a heads up first
Return Shipping:

Ship via UPS or FedEx

Include tracking number and insure the package

Once received at our shipping warehouse (Lexington, TN – approx. 300 miles from many hubs), we will:

Weigh and inspect the returned item

Match up contents to your original order

Restock and issue your credit or refund

Your sales associate may assist in the process
Damages and Issues:

Inspect items upon delivery

Contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect
Non-returnable Items:

Custom orders, sale items, and gift cards are final sale

We do not accept returns on hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)
Exchanges:

To exchange, return your item first. Once accepted, place a new order
Refunds:

Once we receive and approve the return, we’ll refund to your original payment method
