At 60 grit, it strikes the ideal balance between aggressive stock removal and a smoother finish — perfect for weld blending, surface prep, and intermediate grinding stages where you need control without sacrificing speed.

Like all Continental zirconia flap discs, the FLAP4560 outperforms standard resin fiber discs by continuously exposing fresh abrasive grit as the disc wears. The zirconia grain runs cooler than aluminum oxide, extending disc life and protecting your workpiece from heat damage.
